An Experience based on respect, autonomy, and consent

At Encounters VIP, we understand that a professional experience begins with something fundamental: respect for each person's will, integrity, and boundaries.
For this reason, we would like to remind our clients, models, and entire community that every service must take place under conditions of consent, respect, and freedom of choice.
Consent cannot be presumed, demanded, or obtained through pressure, threats, intimidation, or any form of violence.
Consent is fundamental
The people who are part of Encounters VIP have the right to establish their own boundaries and freely decide about any activity that may take place during an encounter.
A model may accept a particular service, establish conditions, change her decision, or refuse to engage in an additional activity.
Likewise, our clients have the right to express their preferences and request the services available, always within a framework of respect and in accordance with the conditions previously established.
Requesting does not mean demanding. Agreeing does not mean forcing.
Any additional activity must have the free acceptance of the people involved.
Additional Services Are Voluntary
Models who work in association with Encounters VIP may independently establish certain conditions or additional services and, when applicable, inform the client of the associated value.
These services:
Are optional.
Must be accepted beforehand.
Cannot be imposed through pressure or intimidation.
May be subject to specific conditions established by the model.
Must be carried out while respecting the integrity and safety of the people involved.
If an additional service is not accepted or is ultimately not provided, no charge should be made for that service.
The accompaniment initially contracted corresponds to the request made by the client at the time of booking and must take place according to the conditions agreed upon for that accompaniment.
However, this does not mean that a person is required to accept additional activities that they have not consented to.Must be carried out while respecting the integrity and safety of the people involved.
No One Can Be Forced
Encounters VIP does not accept behavior that seeks to use a booking, payment, or the company's involvement as a mechanism to pressure a model.
It is not acceptable to threaten to file complaints against a model, contact the company to harm her, create conflicts, use force, intimidate her, or apply any form of pressure with the purpose of making her participate in an activity she has decided not to accept.
Statements such as:
“If you don't do it, I will report you to the company”
or any similar expression used to intimidate, pressure, or condition a person are contrary to the principles of respect and coexistence that we promote.
A booking or payment does not grant anyone rights over another person's body, decisions, or will.

What happens when there Is a warning sign?
The safety of our models is a priority.
When a model reports a situation involving discomfort, pressure, threats, intimidation, or any other circumstance that could represent a risk to her integrity, Encounters VIP may activate the appropriate internal measures and provide support according to the situation.
Depending on the nature and severity of the circumstances, this may include:
Communication and support from the Encounters VIP team.
Assessment of the situation and adoption of preventive measures.
Suspension or termination of service to the client involved.
Restriction or cancellation of future requests.
Preservation of available information or evidence, when appropriate and in accordance with applicable regulations.
Guidance on approaching the competent authorities.
Requesting support from the National Police of Colombia when a situation may represent a risk to a person's integrity or safety, or in the event of circumstances that may constitute criminal conduct.
Our objective is not only to respond to an incident, but also to act promptly when there is any warning sign that could put a person at risk.
In the Event of a possible violation of rights
Any situation involving violence, threats, coercion, aggression, abuse, or violation of a woman's rights must be taken seriously.
When circumstances may go beyond a commercial situation and represent possible criminal conduct, Encounters VIP may recommend and support the activation of the corresponding institutional channels.
The company does not replace judicial or law enforcement authorities. However, it can support the affected person in seeking guidance and activating the appropriate protection mechanisms.
In emergency situations or immediate danger, the priority will always be to protect the person's integrity and contact emergency services and the competent authorities.
Health, safety, and responsibility
Consent must also be accompanied by appropriate safety and care conditions.
Any additional activity that is accepted must take place under conditions that do not unnecessarily expose the health or integrity of the people involved.
Clear communication, the establishment of boundaries, and individual responsibility are essential elements for an encounter to take place in a safe and respectful manner.
Respect for clients and models
The principle of consent protects everyone.
Our clients also have the right to establish boundaries, express that they do not wish to participate in a particular activity, and request that their decisions be respected.
Likewise, models have full autonomy to decide what they do or do not wish to participate in.
That is why, at Encounters VIP, we promote a culture based on:
Respect.
Consent.
Discretion.
Safety.
Autonomy.
Clear communication.
Encounters VIP reserves the right of admission
When behaviors occur that violate these values, Encounters VIP may adopt the appropriate internal measures, including the restriction, suspension, or cancellation of future service requests, according to the circumstances of the case and our internal policies.
We do not seek to normalize abusive behavior under any circumstances.
A VIP experience cannot be built on pressure, intimidation, or the violation of another person's rights.
An experience based on respect, autonomy, and consent
This principle remains a fundamental part of our philosophy:
Every encounter must be based on mutual respect and consent.
The possibility of requesting a service should never be confused with the right to demand it.
An agreement can only be established when there is willingness.
And when a person says “no,” that decision must be respected.
At Encounters VIP, we continue working to provide an environment based on respect, discretion, safety, and professional service, offering support in situations that may represent a warning sign and promoting access to the competent authorities whenever necessary.
